At HARD Swimwear, we want you to feel confident and bold in your suit; if the fit isn't perfect, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective heat shields and tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for hygiene compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
